Free Technical Support is limited to the following issues:
- Basic Kit Operation
- OS images installation
- Kernel compilation and hardware support, including a half-day schematic review during the customer's product design.

Convergence and TQ offer technical support and EMS Electronic Design & Manufacturing Services to assist you with your design from concept to production.
General inquiries that are not specific to Convergence/TQ’s implementation, such as:
Kernel / u-boot configuration and compilation, explanation on manipulation of GPIOs and pin muxing, etc., require the order of an hours support.
All services are subject to time and availability and need to be booked in advance through your Sales Representative. Hours are booked in 1-hour increments. Published rates for services are:
