I. Incorrect Product Shipped to Buyer
Convergence Promotions LLC will promptly provide Returned Material Authorization Numbers for incorrect parts sent to the buyer. We request that you provide a copy of your original purchase order. Product must be returned with original packaging and labeling to help our investigation and processing. Your account will be credited when product returns are received and verified by Convergence Promotions LLC.
II. Failed Product
If you receive product that does not meet the Manufacturer's specifications, please contact your local Convergence Promotions LLC representative and provide as much detail as possible about the nature of the problem.
In other cases, you may be required to send exhibits to the manufacturer. If the manufacturer confirms the problem, they will authorize the return of affected product and will correct the problem and return the repaired product directly back to you.
If the manufacturer determines that the failure exhibits meet the manufacturers' specifications, the manufacturer will forward their completed Test Report and exhibits back to you directly.
III. Shipping Damage
If you receive damaged product with visible damage to external shipping containers, please report the damage to the carrier at the time of receipt. Please contact the Convergence Promotions LLC with details of the damage.
IV. Return Requests due to Customer Errors
Returns due to Customer Errors will not be considered.
